OmTheory is Greg Wiseman; a single artist utilizing acoustic staples combined with electronic elements to create unique and modern music. With inspirations from Crystal Method and NIN, to Tangerine Dream, Cliff Martinez, and James Newton Howard; the music here attempts a fusion of cinematic exaltation and contemporary beat driven electronica.
It’s difficult to pidgeon-hole the style of this catalogue as a whole because it is somewhat eclectic. There are piano solos, light orchestral, big orchestral pop, guitar anthems etc.?Johny calls it ‘New Adult Contemporary’, but of course, your ideas of what that means exactly will probably be different form his. Just take a listen and classify it yourself.
